Right now we're sitting in this interrogation room.
Being back in here, you sort of feel slightly under the microscope again.
- I think I've answered enough.
These scenes are classic interrogation scenes that every actor kind of dreams of.
- You know that at some point you're gonna have to reveal things that perhaps up to this point you have been withholding.
- [Sanjeev] Some of them felt they were being interrogated by the end of it.
- We do all the interrogation scenes together, one after the other, so it probably feels like they're being held captive because they can't get out of this room.
- I told Sinead that she genuinely terrified me.
Jess, the character, has this look that you are going, what are you thinking?
There's something going on in your head.
It's just brilliant.
- They're all such good actors and they're so invested in their characters that it is a real privilege to sit, you know, so close.
The width of that table's not much.
Why?
- Why do any of us do things we know are wrong?
- We, as listeners at that point, are absolutely focused on them.
We're scrutinizing their every word and every movement.
